The ideal candidate is a results-oriented individual with very strong visual and editorial leadership abilities to refine and implement a revenue-focused publishing plan for the $58 million in annual revenue NG Adult Books division across trade, direct response, digital in domestic and international markets for an increasingly swift and complex e-marketplace while directing and developing a top-notch creative team comprised of editorial, design and photography. Desired Skills & Experience
