Corporate Communications Director (R12-087)
Be responsible to enhance **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.’s corporate reputation, both internally and externally, by engaging and communicating to customers, employees, shareholders and opinion/community leaders. Provide leadership and management for **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.’s Corporate Communications Department and its related strategic and operating systems and processes and ensure alignment with all stakeholders. This will include management of **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.’s branding, advertising, web site, customer and marketing communications, external communications and media relations, social media, executive communications, investor communications and employee communications efforts.
Top candidates will have:
A minimum of 15 years' experience in Corporate Communications to include experience leading effective teams.Utility or closely related industry experience preferred.
A bachelor’s degree in business, communication, journalism or closely related discipline.Advanced degree preferred.
Experience in developing and implementing department level strategic plans aligned with corporate level mission and strategic goals.
Demonstrated ability to lead work teams as well as create and maintain environments for work teams composed of individual employees with diverse skills and experiences to produce innovative solutions and high performance results.
