Digital Marketing Manager

Our digital marketing manager will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing marketing campaigns online (via social, email and paid media) to promote CreativeDrive and its products and/or services. This person will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.

We want a creative and critical thinker who can translate our insights into specific growth plans. This person will develop the editorial calendar, create and develop concepts with team, lead projects and manage creative teams and initiatives. Additionally, this person will identify and implement strategies to meet our business goals including; editorial performance, creative development, marketing campaigns, audience growth, revenue, and more while leading projects from conception to completion working alongside various teams within CreativeDrive.

Oversee and lead content marketing by developing creative briefs and strategy materials.

Collaborate with editorial and studio teams to position our digital and video content.

Oversee and lead audience targeting and outreach with a solid understanding of cultural and competitive landscape, audience profiles and user behavior in order to create marketing strategies.

Collaborate with the podcast team to uncover insights and strategies to grow listeners and revenue.

Oversee company Newsletters; Develop and execute audience acquisition strategies for Topic and The Amazing Happenings newsletters to increase engagement and subscriber base.

Leverage analytics to develop best practices for newsletter growth and engagement

Conduct tests designed to increase open and click-through rates on individual emails.

Manage and oversee Organic & Paid Media; direct paid and SEO team and identify insights and strategies to grow audiences which can be implemented via organic and paid media campaigns across Facebook, Twitter, and Google (YouTube, AdWords, Paid Search).

Take part in creative development; Scope, brief-in and workshop creative (including design concepts, messaging, and copy) in collaboration with our creative and editorial team.

Bachelor’s Degree in English, Journalism, Marketing or related field

7 years of experience in previous digital marketing role, working previously in a managerial position

Skilled writer with samples of marketing collateral, campaigns and blog pieces.

Experience working within a fast-paced, client-centric creative team/agency setting is ideal

Proven experience and success developing and executing social media strategies/campaigns

Demonstrated ability to show a solid understanding of best practices across all major B2B and B2C channels.
