Kforce is working with a large client in Downtown Milwaukee, Wisconsin (WI) to locate a strong Communications Lead. This is a contracted full-time role, for a limited duration (likely 12-18 months), to provide comprehensive communication support to a key compliance initiative of the company.Overview:This skilled communicator will work in partnership with a Communication Lead to develop, manage and execute an ongoing communication that will span all key audiences of the company; our employees, our field force and the general public. This communicator will be a key member of the project team, as well as a member of the overall Communications Department team for the duration of the effort.We are looking for a skilled communication professional, with experience and excitement in converting complex ideas and concepts into easy to understand information that enables people to take action.Do you get energy from?

Bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, or Marketing
At least 6 years of progressive experience in professional communication, public relations, organizational communication, marketing, or related communication field
Ability to synthesize and relate complex information; analyze communication problems and opportunities; and develop and implement communication strategies
Experience and proficiency with a range of external and internal communication solutions: face-to-face; print and electronic channels; media relations; creative media solutions
Strong professional communication skills including business and communication planning; creative and technical writing; measurement; public speaking in small- and large-group settings; and one-to-one interpersonal relationships
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and counsel business leaders to guide effective use of communication strategies and tactics to inform and influence target audiences
Polished organizational, decision-making and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in content development (all forms, written articles, scripts, talking points, power point decks) as well as demonstrated experience in developing and managing large-scale communications at other firms (corporate, agencies, etc.)
