EOE Develops integrated corporate marketing communication strategies with DVP Collaborates with **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. Executive, Marketing and Risk Management department directors to develop and implement integrated marketing communication plan to enhance retention and expand Company brand recognitionstudies internal and industry data, tracks prospect behavior and needs, and monitors competitive indicators to provide insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders Collaborate with MI VP of Operations to develop and implement integrated marketing communication plan to help increase MI client base Evaluates results of corporate integrated marketing communication strategies and communicates to the management team quarterly and annually. Responsible for writing, designing, and editing for final approval, external communications; ensures Company and subsidiary publications meet industry and Company standards in appearance and content Responsible for creative and editorial direction of external communication campaigns, managing creative design, brand adherence, production, and distribution Oversees daily work of, and collaborates with Corporate Communication Specialist Collaborates with the Multimedia Specialist to create design for advertisements, website, conference exhibits, etc. Responsible for overall quality and design of the Company and Elatas websites, including editing of content, quality of graphic design, navigation flow, and specific page design; works with the IT Department to ensure optimal website functionality Provides assistance to MI VP of Operations with the MI website including editing content, ensuring effective navigation flow and developing specific web pages for marketing purposes Recommends and implements the Company’s social media strategy, developing content for social channels and managing and growing the Company’s business presence across social media channels Coordinates the Company’s media needs and facilitates contact with media outlets; under the direction of DVP serves as Company representative with the media and plans crisis communication/reputation management responses Serves as ghost writer for CEO, Chairman of the Board and other executives as needed Works with DVP to select outside public relations specialists, advertising/marketing consultants, designers, and other communication consultants including contract development and negotiation, and budget oversight; oversees and directs work of the consultants Attends Regional Advisory Panel (Marketing) meetings, Risk Management Committee meetings as well as other committee and department meetings as requested Provides communication support for the Company’s Business Continuity Team by managing BC communication on the website and to the public through media placement Monitors websites that are newsworthy for our insureds and subsidiary clients, managing market research collection, analysis and data interpretation Prepares and monitors Corporate Marketing Communication components of Executive budget Required:Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Journalism or Marketing 5 years’ experience in communication, brand strategy, and/or marketing 5 years of progressive experience, developing communication and marketing plans, and producing campaigns, print and electronic materials such as newsletters, brochures, ads, PowerPoint presentations, etc. 3 years’ experience with website design, content development and website content management systems Demonstrated experience working with complex raw data and developing letters, articles, and presentations for a general audience that explains/interprets the information Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interface collaboratively, cross-functionally, and at all levels within an organization and with customers and vendors Creative direction and working knowledge of graphic design leveraging Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Design) and other relevant programs Experience with social media marketing Ability to identify short-term and long-range opportunities and challenges Strong customer focus and team orientation Ability to appropriately handle confidential or sensitive company information Commitment to continuing industry and individual functional education; seeks opportunities for personal development High degree of professionalism, self-motivation, and decision making skills; able to work independently Highly organized and able to solve problems, set priorities and plan ahead to meet deadlines Ability to organize, analyze, and interpret information to meet strategic objectives through effective project management and efficient use of resources Flexibility and ability to move quickly to respond to new ideas or changing priorities; responds positively to change Demonstrates high levels of trust and personal accountability
