Job Description

Pennoni Associates, a leading engineering and design consulting firm, is currently seeking an Information Resources Coordinator to assist in providing support to improve efficiency and maintain accuracy of information for all employees pertaining to employment with Pennoni Associates and to ensure state, regional and local requirements are met as needed. Reports to Information Resources Manager.

Skills required for this position include:

  • Advanced writing and editing skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
  • Detail oriented personality
  • Ability to work in a team environment and independently to complete workload
  • Persistence and diligence in working with employees to maintain their corporate file
  • Accountable work ethic
  • Ability to follow directions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Knowledge of InDesign is an asset
  • Ability to maintain reasonable work schedule as assigned

Information Resources Coordinator Duties include:

  • Assist in maintaining company files for all employees
  • Assist in gathering information to write and maintain employee resumes and project summaries
  • Identify and confirm any/all required certifications, licenses, training, education and other pertinent information for each required employee
  • Assist in maintaining employee information in a timely manner to ensure any/all information is accurate and entered into our database
  • Assist in maintaining company intranet portal pertaining to resumes and project summaries
  • Assist in writing project summaries as needed for ongoing or finished projects
  • Establish and maintain relationships with project managers and division managers to ensure accurate and prompt gathering of information to maintain company files and write project summaries and master descriptions, etc.
  • Assist Corporate Communications team in gathering and disseminating collateral materials as needed and as directed by supervisor or manager.
  • Assist Corporate Communications team as needed in other areas.

  • Required Education: Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism, or related field
  • Years of Experience: 0-3 years
  • Computer Skills Required: Microsoft Suites
  • Preferred Attributes: InDesign, Photoshop, Lightroom
