Description Edelman PNW is seeking a flexible, adaptable and high-energy communications professional at the Senior Account Supervisor level to join our innovative and growing Employee Experience group in the Seattle office. As part of our dynamic team, which is focused on developing and executing internal communications, employee engagement and change management programs for our clients, you\u2019ll contribute to the success of several major accounts and work with some of the employee communication field\u2019s highest-profile leaders. While there is no \u201ctypical day\u201d at Edelman, your time here will expose you to a variety of disciplines within the company and you\u2019ll be involved in several large, integrated client programs and campaigns. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Partner with team members to develop and execute creative employee communications strategies, programs and tactics for key clients Roll up your sleeves and draft client deliverables as well as thought leadership pieces Analyze communications research Collaborate on new business proposals and presentations Support senior colleagues in the delivery and management of consulting assignments Apply or create tools, templates and methodologies that contribute to your clients\u2019 internal communications effectiveness. In other words, you\u2019ll be very busy with a wide variety of activities that require a nimble mind and continuous curiosity. More specifically, we\u2019re looking for someone who: Has at least five years of hands on experience in at least three of the following areas: internal communications, change management, employee engagement, communications research, executive communications, corporate communications. Can demonstrate superior writing, editing and presentation skills; project management skills; and consultative skills (including effective questioning, critical thinking, client management and communication methodology application) Experience working in a public relations agency, fast-paced corporate or consulting setting preferred. Earned a bachelor's degree in journalism, English, organizational development, human resources, industrial psychology, communications, business administration or a related discipline from an accredited college or university.
