Allen Matkins is looking for a bright, creative, client service-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator with excellent critical thinking skills and attention to detail to become a key member of our Business Development and Marketing Department. The position will work with the Online Marketing Manager and the Business Development and Marketing Managers to identify targets, build online marketing strategies and measure ROI of various online and interactive initiatives. This includes supporting a broad range of marketing-, sales- and cultural-related communications including promotional online content, social media profile management, and marketing\/sales-related internal communications. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience with digital marketing, social media and website content. The position works closely with the Online Marketing Manager to execute on the duties and responsibilities outlined below. Position can be based in Allen Matkins' San Francisco, Orange County or San Diego office . Position reports to and works under the direction of: Reports to the Chief Business Development and Marketing Officer. Duties and Responsibilities: \u00a0Website content. Coordinate with Online Marketing Manager and team members to obtain and update website content. Develop and maintain a process to periodically review the website for accuracy and proactively suggest content updates. Responsible for updating all versions of attorney bios. Email campaigns. Coordinate and send firm alerts, invites and newsletters using Hubspot. Build and manage email lists to improve audience and targeting. Social media. Work with the Online Marketing Manager to coordinate social media opportunities for the firm (and select attorneys), using Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and ClearView Social. Regularly monitor social media to proactively identify engagement opportunities. Coordinate paid advertising for specific projects across social media channels. Graphic Design. Create images to be used in social media, as video thumbnails, and other needs. Design and update PowerPoint materials for external and internal uses. Coordinate graphic design requests with freelance designer, including invites, ads, posters, etc. Website and campaign analytics: Track key metrics including (but not limited to): website traffic and sources, value of visitor (e.g., time on site, new visitor, etc.), conversions (including web forms and alternative \u201csuccess\u201d metrics), and full social media engagement. Knowledge of Google Analytics, the GA API, Facebook Insights and other performance metrics a plus. SEO. Ensure web content adheres to SEO best practices. Blogs. Coordinate firm blogs, including updating content and managing emails to subscribers. Collaborate with the team and perform other duties as assigned. Requirements: Bachelor\u2019s degree in communication, marketing, journalism or similar discipline required. Graphic design or professional writing skills a strong plus. Minimum of three years of digital marketing experience preferably in a professional services industry. Demonstrated experience with web-based technologies and SEO strategies. Strong technical capabilities including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (graphing) required. Working knowledge of HTML. Some PhotoShop experience is needed. Experience using Hubspot a plus. Working knowledge of digital analytics and related software such as, Google Analytics, social media analytics and e-marketing analytics. Professional, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to offer constructive opinions and creative solutions. Ability to demonstrate a high level of initiative. Ability to work within a complex and multifaceted business environment. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to write business communications and respond to inquiries from all levels of professional and support staff, associations, and vendors. Strong organizational skills and an ability to prioritize and complete simultaneous projects. Excellent writing skills and an exacting attention to detail in all work product.
