Delivers employee change communications materials tailored toa range of channels including video, email, newsletters, company intranet and town hall meetings to keep employees abreast of organizational change andcompany strategy. Supports leaders in creating growth and changestories at all levels of the organization, advises on the best forms of communicationchannels to advise employees of upcoming organizational change. Qualifications:Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, PublicRelations, related field or equivalent experience. 5 years of communications,public relations, or marketing experience. Previous experience managing complexchange communications efforts involving cross-functional teams on large scalecommunications projects. Supervisory experience including hiring,training, assigning work and managing the performance of staff.
