**Job Description:**

Leads a large project or multiple projects that are significant in scope and impact. Works independently, with limited direction, and is evaluated through end results. Initiates and provides leadership, strategic/tactical direction and planning input on all information technology and client/business area issues and in the development of an IT environment which meets current and anticipated business requirements and objectives. Participates with IT management in the development of technology products, service standards and development efforts that impact the client/business area. Serves as a single point of contact and the escalation point between the client/business area and internal IT management for the resolution of unresolved problems, complaints and complex service requests. Provides the client areas with technology products and service alternatives that improve the IT service delivery process. Associates in this job code do not manage people.

**Line of Business Specific Position Summary**

Provide editorial and technical expertise to help develop and deliver communications for a global Enterprise Technology organization

**Responsibilities include:**

• Partner with project teams to develop communications strategies and material describing technology initiatives, system/transformation benefits, impacts, capabilities and training schedule

• Regularly update, refresh and evaluate the relevance of user portal content for internal technology audiences

• Recommend and implement upgrades to the look and feel of the portal, and apply graphic design skills to various communications deliverables

• Write articles about successful teams and initiatives, and significantly expand upon the success story repository

• Solicit and analyze user metrics and employee feedback data

• Translate complex content into everyday language

**Required Skills:**

• Strong written and verbal communication skills. Seven to ten years’ writing experience; communications or journalism degree preferred

• Advanced SharePoint technical experience

-Managing document libraries and lists

-Administering Publishing Pages (web content authoring)

-General front end coding (css, html)

-Managing Permissions

-Site Customization (using Design Manager to update site design)


• Ability to work on multiple projects at once and adhere to tight deadlines

• Strong client service skills and the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels

• Experience with all forms of communications, including electronic, print and video

• Experience working in a corporate environment; strong collaboration skills

**Desired or preferred skills**

• Graphic design capabilities

• Knowledge of video editing platforms; rich media and social expertise

• Technology and financial services experience
