To plan and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives including dealership events and sponsorships, social media and other digital campaigns to drive sales, service, and parts business. Effectively and efficiently utilize resources of the marketing department. Implement best business practices and apply The Rusnak Standard to deliver superior client and associate satisfaction.
KEY RESULT AREAS & TASKS
Leads dealership event planning including new vehicle launches, service clinics and other events and sponsorships.
Assists with Rusnak social media presence including creating content for group accounts and all dealerships across all major platforms. Assists social media coordinator in training of dealership teams on social media best practices.
Assists with online marketing programs and projects including sales and service specials, Web content, email, display, SEM, SEO, etc. Initiates jobs and assists in providing creative direction to agency or internal team.
Utilizes agency and internal resources to ensure that all Rusnak websites and campaigns include current factory incentives and strong content. Ensures information is current and accurate.
Assists with email campaign planning, execution, and reporting. Utilizes internal and agency resources to develop creative that drives customer response.
Responds to dealership website requests and ensures that execution is consistent with Rusnak brand and customer experience standards.
Ensures that all Rusnak and OEM websites meet manufacturer standards.
Monitors Google analytics accounts and other web analytics tools. Provides monthly analytics reports to Marketing team; ensures integrity of data.
Attends weekly meetings with Dealer.com, Prime Response, Kreate, and other vendors to coordinate digital projects.
Develops written and video content for Rusnak Web and social media properties. Monitors dealership and Rusnak group social media presence. Utilizes agency and internal resources to develop content and drive social media customer following and engagement.
Identifies digital and emerging media opportunities and provides recommendations to the Marketing Director.
